Dutch Oven that fits in the Breville Smart Oven?

I'm looking for a Dutch Oven to fit in my Breville Smart Oven (the "full size" version whose internal space is about 13"W x 12"D x 5"H). My 7 qt Lodge definitely does not fit -- even without its lid.

Does anyone have any ideas of a Dutch Oven with greater than 3 qt capacity that might fit?

Thanks in advance...

I ended up buying the 3-quart Lodge Dutch Oven https://secure.lodgemfg.com/storefron...

It fits fine (with the knob removed) ... see attached photo.

Thanks for the report-back, drongo. To remove the lid, do you screw the knob back in after it comes out of the oven, or do you just (carefully) use hotpads and your hands?

Right now I'm just using hotpads... but I'm going to look in Home Depot or Lowe's to see if I can find a ring pull that I can bolt on through the existing hole in the lid.

Clever! This is v. useful info for anyone with a temporary 'kitchen' setup or ovenless situation. Also worth considering as a gift set.

If there's any wiggle room in those measurements, a 4-quart Copco D3 might fit; it would definitely fit without the lid.

Dimensions of the casserole (widely available in used markets): 10" rim-to-rim, 12" handle-to-handle; 4.5" tall without lid, 5.5" tall with it. Machined bare iron base makes it useful on stovetop as well.

The photo gives a sense of the form of the Copco D3 but is actually the smaller D2 (2 qts), more like 8" r-to-r, 10" h-to-h x 3" w/o lid, 4" w/ lid.

Thanks ellabee. The D3 would fit without its lid, the D2 with its lid.

Update/correction: The D2 2-quart is actually 4" tall without lid, 5" with, so might be too tight a fit.

But there's another 2-quart+ casserole from Copco, though you don't see them as often, the M3. It's the same top and base diameter as the D3, but the walls are only 3" tall, 4" with lid (which is the same lid the D3 uses). It's a perfect size for braises and stews for our small household; just made my first beef short ribs in it yesterday.

Thanks Sid and Paul. In my original post I said >3 qt but I think a little smaller is OK too.

          http://www.gsioutdoors.com/activities...

This 10" anodized dutch oven from GSI Outdoors fits nicely in my toaster oven, with the rack at the lowest setting. It's in camp oven style, with a rimmed lid, but without legs. I've used in a number of times for braising meats. But it is only 3 qts.

I have a gifted Lodge 2-qt still in the box that fits, box and all, in the oven with the rack on the lowest position. It will almost clear on the middle rack position.

Thanks sueatmo ... it's tiny but will certainly fit!

But probably too small to be practical for me... this would be good for single servings -- but I'm not looking to cook for one at a time.

I think this one might fit if I can unscrew the knob: http://www.amazon.com/Staub-Hexagon-S...
