Goose Fat in DC Area??

I had been living in Paris for 3 years before moving here, and I really miss Rillettes!! I want to make it myself and something crucial is Goose fat- I don't want to use duck fat although I may have to, but goose fat tastes better.

WHERE CAN I FIND Goose fat???
Any suggestions??
Thanks!

Considering that the board in silent on finding goose fat, I think your best bet is to roast a goose and save the fat. I did that last year, and it was a very tasty bird.

I'm not sure on the goose fat, and I know you said duck is a far second, but they do sell duck fat in the P Street Whole Foods in the meat area, and they might sell goose fat in the cheese area, they have lots of pates etc over there.
