tuna pie with puff pastry
anybody every made this wit h the puff pastry squares can you freeze it
will it taste ok afterwards
do you have a good recipe maybe thanks
Not quite tuna pie, but I make "brik" with filo. I use this recipe but soft boil the eggs first, and then fold the ingredients into puff pastry triangles and bake them instead of frying in won ton wrappers.
They do not freeze well. I find they get soggy after defrosting.
