Good/Best Ethiopian Restaurants in DFW?

Who and where are they?

I ask for 2 reasons. First, I've been interested in trying Ethiopian. Second, my kid is doing a project for school (6th grade) on Ethiopa, so want a place that not only has the goods food-wise but where she might also learn some about the country/culture first-hand from Ethiopians.
