vanilla wafers

Has anybody made their own vanilla wafers. I like to use "pure" ingredients in my dishes. Grocery store cookies- not.

I'm a big fan of homemade wafers - banana pudding is a huge fave in our house. I use Alton Brown's recipe. Very good - just make extra to snack on when you use them to make a dessert!
