Sweetbreads

Since so many good restaurants, a couple of my favorites among them, have passed away, where do I find the best sweetbreads? I like them at Hexagone but want more options.

Delicias has some good ones as well.

I was at Delicias about a month ago- while I didn't have the sweetbreads I was thoroughly unimpressed with the food or the service. Also it was insanely expensive for what it was- and I know it's in the ranch, but for that price I'd rather go to MF.

Urban Solace, Smoking Goat, Piatti, Cowboy Star, Cucina Urbana,Avenue 5, Kitchen 1540 (most of the time it might be a seasonal item and not always on the menu, just give the redtaurants a call)

Piatti might be my favorite in San Diego for sweetbreads.

Third for Piatti. I can't stand them, but both my wife and dad have had them here and loved them. Whisk'n'Ladle also has them on the menu from time to time.

I will second Cowboy Stars Sweetbreads. 2nd or 3rd best I have had. 1st goes to Babbo and debatable 2nd or 3rd is Eiderdown in KY.
