Restaurant Wedding (ceremony + reception) nyc

We recently got engaged and are looking to have a budget friendly wedding. We were thinking of having the ceremony and reception in a restaurant for about 30-50 people. We'd like to keep the total cost under about 8,000. Do you have any suggestions for places that can accommodate us in Manhattan?

I know there have been weddings at katz's. I have no idea of the cost. City WInery does them also. Varick Room does them,but it's not a restaurant, they give you choice of caterers.

My daughter had a beautiful & yummy wedding at City Hall restaurant on Duane Street. The room was very special & it was a night to remember!
