Asian themed dinner party
We are cooking and hosting a dinner club party. The theme is loosely Asian themed. After appetizers, we were thinking about duck wontons in a broth for a first plate and a fish course for a second (baked in a miso paste). Does this seem backwards? I know wine pairings will be tough, so any thoughts for selections would also be appreciated also.
There's some good stuff around on pairing Asian food and wine.
That said, why not just serve a light beer instead?
