South Beach 15-35$ dinner budget with friend who likes to $$$$ Dine
I'm Heading down to South Beach this coming weekend with a buddy who has the salary to sit at any restaurant.
I can't stretch that much, I want a dinner budget of 15-35$max$ without drinks.
If I'm going to keep my budget I have to have a place that is unique in some way, obviously good food, Quality etc.
Any type of food:) Extra points for Sushi, Italian, Cuban, or South American
Staying near 19th and Collins, any recommendations please be within a short cab or walk. No Mainland Miami
Along the lines of:
Icebox(love it or hate it)

Cafeteria(r.i.p.)
Please help come under budget
