Beef ribs

Hi all,

Where can I find some delicious beef ribs? Was out for dinner the other night & watched my friends lick their fingers clean after some baby back ribs and now I have a huge craving. I don't eat pork though, so any beef options out there??

I don't know about restaurents, but, boucherie les 2 freres at Marche Atwater makes excellent beef ribs. All you need to do is heat them and serve them. Make sure to buy more than what you think you will eat.

I know they sell beef ribs at Magnans and the Main.

I agree on the ones at Boucherie les 2 frères, excellent, i reheat them on on the bbq and that is one great meal.

Off the top of my head, I'd say Bofinger. But...
I gave up on Bofinger years ago - perhaps its better these days? Maybe someone can chime in.
