One of the best pastrami sandwiches I have ever had in my life. Good work guys. Far better than anywhere I have had in Florida. This place should be supported.

Pastrami sandwich was awesome but the best was the slaw that came with it. Their mustard spiced up the sandwich to perfection. Also loved the taste of pastrami salmon I tried. Good joint that is filling a surprising void in Miami.

stopped in this morning for the first time after hearing a lot of good about it. was just about the only one in the place apart from Josh. nice guy. thought it was a little funny that i ordered pastrami at 8am, but was glad to prep it early for me. was delicious!

oh, and bigstu, sounds like he really does feel bad about not bein there when you stopped in the other night (we talked about the chowhound reviews of the place so far). i suggest that if you havent actually tried something there yet, that you make another stop by.

Had bkfst. yest. morn. and was disappointed in the food presentation. Fried eggs served on paper in a plastic basket? Cool for a burger or a sandwich, but, not for bkfst.

Don't believe the hours posted online. Thursday 6:25 closed for the night! no sign with hours in the window and someone mopping floors inside!

They must close @ 6PM!

Spoke to owner. Claims they close @ 8 but had emergency in his other restaurant and had to leave early.

Indeed. I went today and had a knish, chopped liver, and a pastrami sandwich and all were very good. I wasn't impressed by the pickles, however. They weren't very sour/briney. More sweet than half-sour. The pastrami was killer though, as was the mustard. The only thing I wanted for was Cel-Ray soda.

I'm glad to hear that. I really don't see how one could open the doors of a deli without it.

The house-made cured salmon - three styles, cured, smoked and pastrami-spiced - are all very good too. Just about everything - the fish, the pastrami and corned beef, even the mustard - is all prepared in-house.
