Quiet place for a group of 20?

I am looking for some cheap but decent quality food at a quiet restaurant for a group of ~20 of us. We'd like to do some sort of preset pre-fixe meal at around $25 all in cost to each person.

I was thinking that something asian/ethnic would probably be the only places in my price range but I struggled a bit to think of places that have decent and quiet ambience. Ideally we'd be somewhere near a BART station.

Any suggestions?

Also, if there are no good options around BART we'd be open to going a bit farther too.

I wonder if Henry's Hunan (near 2nd and Mission) or one of the Osha locations would work. Henry's at night is pretty quiet and they have a private room in the back I bet you they wouldn't even charge extra for.

Not to be discouraging, but unless y'all are willing to cab it or bus it after getting off BART, you'll be hard pressed to find something in easy walking distance (e.g. half a mile) from a BART station that will be in that price point. For the exact reason that the convenience to BART + large enough space for groups usually means a premium on rent.
