Best Sushi in the Florida Keys?

I'll be down there in June and know you guys have the freshest fish! What is the best sushi restaurant in the keys? I'll be staying in Key West, but willing to drive for the best. Best means different things to different people? I am looking for generous and fresh. Authentic would be nice, as well. But not into posh.

Thank you!

On the way down, try Fish House Encore at mile marker 102.4 in Key Largo. Great Sushi and also the best Oysters Rockefeller on the planet!

The only sushi places I know of in Key West are Ambrosia and Origami. I have not been to Origami, but I have been to Ambrosia. It was okay for a sushi fix, but was not on the same level as sushi places I am used to visiting in my home town. As far as I know, the only other places you would probably be able to find sushi places would be either in Marathon or Key Largo (possibly Islamorada). I know there are some places up there, but I have not been to any of them since I normally always stay in the Lower Keys or Key West.
