St. Petersburg/Fish Tacos at Beach Resturant

Hi All,

I'm going to be in St. Petersburg for a night (visiting from Chicago) and I would love to get some sun in while I can. I'm looking for a great place on the beach w/ fresh grilled fish tacos. Doesn't have to be fancy at all (actually, I prefer it not be); I remember being in Tampa a few years ago and finding some low-key restaurants right on the beach - open-air, sand at your feet, just sitting at the bar watching the waves and enjoying your meal. I would love to find another place like that closer to where I'll be. Any help is much appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Just had lunch at Agave......very fresh and tasty. 2 thumbs up.

Not directly on the beach (but a short walk) is Agave in St. Pete Beach - really good fish tacos, homemade mole and lots of tequila

I second Agave...some of the best Mexican food in Tampa Bay. Everything is made in house and super fresh. Enjoy!
