[SF South Bay] Beefsteak Tomatoes-Where to buy

Summertime is approaching and for the last few years I've been unable to find any beefsteak tomatoes at local grocers, produce outlets or even the produce stands. Does anyone know of a place in the south bay that usually carries these scrumptious love apples?

Too early, but by July you should find some at farmers markets. Beefsteak-type tomato varieties popular with good tomato vendors include Cherokee Purple and Brandywine. Lucero Farms is one of the best tomato growers, I think you can find them at Menlo Park and Palo Alto markets on Sundays.
