Where to go for weekday lunch in private room w/ great food???

I need ideas from my fellow Chowhounders!

We are looking for a place to go for a weekday lunch to celebrate a law school graduation. There will be about 12-15 people, and we would like a private room. Ideally we would stay in midtown (where the ceremony is) but we are open to downtown as well. Money is not an issue.

Ideas???

Lincoln would be perfect. Bar Boulud and Marea also have private rooms.
