Best Eggs Benedict?

Arctic Garden Apr 18, 2012 05:51 PM

I always have Eggs Benedict for my first breakfast on vacation. Where is the best place in Seattle for Eggs Benedict? I'll be staying in the Kirkland area for a wedding, but I am willing to try anywhere in the Seattle area as I will have a car and checking out several parts of town.

    Staying in Kirkland? Try Trellis.

Thanks. That's pretty convenient considering I am staying at the Heathman Hotel.

The food at Trellis is fresh, fresh, fresh! Chef has his own acreage and grows much of what is prepared and served. Terrific choice! The Heathman is nice too, BTW!

Report: The Eggs Benedict at the Trellis was ok, but nothing special. The corned beef hash at Trellis was amazing.
The boar sausage Eggs Benedict at Volterra with creamed kale was definitely something worth the trip.
