Olive oil tasting in Florence?

Looking for the best place in Florence to taste (and buy!) a range of olive oils! I have been to Mercato Centrale, but I perhaps made the mistake of going on a Saturday morning and it was full of tourist groups it seemed - and no one really wanted to help take me through the different oils etc. Should I try again on a different day or are there other places you would recommend?
Thanks!

I can suggest a couple of places:
Fattoria Torri has a store in town where they sell products from their farm: Via dell'Agnolo 101r, Florence

La Bottega del'Olio is just that: a store full of oils. All excellent: Piazza del Limbo 4r

Olio e Convivium: A restaurant with a store in the front, they carry several great oils. Borgo San Jacopo

Pegna: a high end grocery store that carries most of the best Tuscan oils. I'm not sure if you can taste them, but if you know what you are looking for, you're likely to find it. Via dello Studio, 8

In the Mercato Centrale go on a week day and visit Barroni (stand 256) as well as Conti (across from Barroni). They both have great oils and should let you taste.

and to add, if you have any suggestions for favourite oils, please let me know! I have been tasting a number of different ones in restaurants - most very good, one that was bad - perhaps slightly rancid even!
