Does anyone know the name of the bruschetta-like Argentine food? I suppose it could be served as tapas.
Are you thinking of a sauce, or the Italian toasted bread that the sauce is served on top of?
The best known Argentine sauce is chimichuri, which is (roughly) a vinaigrette heavy in minced parsley (and possibly cilantro). It is mainly used as a meat sauce.
It's supposed to be some slice of bread with ham, cheese, and other stuff on it (probalby chimichuri on top). Does this have a name?
