Yume Dog from Peached Tortilla truck.

Was at the Farmer's Market at Lakeline over the weekend and had a wicked good hot dog at this trailer. Fresh cut fries and dipping sauce also. I highly recommend people try this hot dog.

      its grilled with fried onions and this super good slaw and sauce fries were served with spicy mayo

        A quick google got me the following description:

        Yumé Dog (all beef hot dog, wasabi mayo, tonkatsu sauce, nori, crispy onion strings).

        That at least gets us a list of ingredients, I suppose.
