Phnom Penh and Siem Reap

I've been trolling the discussion boards, looking for information on good places to eat in Cambodia; however, most of the suggestions seem to date back a few years. Does anyone have more recent advice? in about a week, we'll be spending 4 days in Siem Reap, followed by 2.5 days in PP. Some of us are adventurous eaters, while others are less so. Anything Khmer, French, or French-fusion would be interesting to try.

I've heard good things about Khmer Kitchen and the Blue Pumpkin in SR. There was also a blurb about Malis Restaurant in PP.

What else am I missing? Thanks in advance!
