I second both of those.
I third Manzo. It's made from razza Piemontese beef. There is a fragrance to it that is really distinctive -- almost floral -- and wonderful.
Craft has a Wagyu Beef Carpaccio that is absolutly wonderful! My favorite in the city thus far.
