Paris - Reservations needed? (Chez L'ami Jean and Les Papilles)

I will be traveling to Paris in June for my honeymoon, and I was hoping I might get some insight into whether I need reservations for the restaurants I've chosen. We will be there from Monday to Friday. My list is as follows:

- Chez L'ami Jean
- Le Cinq (already have a reservation)
- Les Papilles

You will need reservations, both are relatively reasonable to obtain you simply need to call them.
