We're doing a Friday night "Vatican Museums Under the Stars" tour from 7 PM until 10 PM and are looking for a good reasonably priced place to dine nearby afterwards between 10:30 and 11 PM. Any suggestions?

That's a bit late for many restaurants. Vino e Camino isn't far, just across the river.
Otherwise perhaps Settembrini.
