Mad Hatter in Seabright... what happened?
I know it used to be good, but what happened? I don't know if they changed ownership, kitchen staff or what? Apparently the new favorite ingredient is salt, the calamari franchaise was something worth driving for light crispy and savory, and now you cant even use it for bait... the specialty sandwiches once spectacular, now resemble experimental high school cafeteria food.
They couldn't even melt the cheese for my kid's grilled cheese sam... really.??? WTF?
So Mad Hatter you are officially scratched off the list. and fair warning to all.
and FYI it wasn't on a weekend rush, it was on a Monday! early evening with only 4 other tables in the place. Wow what a disappointment...

Mr. Kelly.
A very classy response and shows your concern for your product and reputation. No excuses, no defense, just I'll get to the bottom of it attitude that as customers all we are looking for most of the time. Without a doubt I am confident you will fix whatever problem may have occurred. I've never been to your establishment but I will make it a point to get there the next time I visit the area which is often.
