Highly rated Ethnic Asian dining establishments in Las vegas

Thank you in advance for your suggestions. I'm looking for the best Asian food restaurants, hole in the walls, etc. in Las vegas. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Certainly Lotus of Siam would be at the top of the list. For Chinese, do a board search for Chinatown. Lots of good but not great Chinese all along Spring Mountain Road, including K.J. Kitchen which I mention specifically because of their branch in the Rio. That might be the best of the bunch, but it's also quite a bit pricier than its Chinatown brethren.
