Bouillabaisse in Paris

Hi All,

I will be travelling back to Paris in May and was hoping people could offer some recommendations on where I could get a really good Bouillabaisse from?

I tried Le Dome Montparnasse last time, and it was good but not brilliant.

There are some older posts on the forums with recommendations but I think they are now a bit out of date.

A few years ago I went down to Marseille and had the Bouillabaisse at L'Epuisette which was just spectacular.

Thanks

Chris

The bouillabaise you find in Paris will probably not ever compare to that which you had in Marseille.

It's not a huge country, but the food is unbelievably localized -- there are regional restaurants, of course, but they're never as good as the region itself.
