CSA Recommendations Near Ramsey

I will be spending the most summer at my daughter's house in Sloatsburg, NY which is almost on the boarder with NJ, close to Ramsey. There seemed to be way more farms in NJ than in southen part of NY and I wonder if you have one to recommend. We are planning to plant the first garden this May and, obviously, there won't be much to harvest this summer. I would love a CSA suggestion for veg, milk, protein (we do not eat pork), fish and whatever else is available.

Rogowski Farm in Orange County, NY, would be my first choice. I'm not sure how close it is to you, but it would be worth a going a little out of the way. Rogowski would have outstanding produce. Usually, CSA's will provide access to protein although they usually don't provide it themselves. They usually arrange a group purchase of meat and it will be delivered to the CSA sight. I'm not sure about milk or fish, but I am sure that eggs would be available for purchase, too.

Great suggestion, Marie, thank you! It is a bit far, about 45-min drive, but definitely worth a monthly visit.
