Looking For Good Chinese Dried Foods (ie: sea cucumber)

Hi! I'm flying out Monday night to Vancouver and was thinking of visiting Chinatown for dried scallops and sea cucumbers. But last time I was there, there were so many places!

Anyone have a good recommendation of a place--hopefully one stop because I'm traveling by wheelchair?
