recipes for instant masa harina
I was talking to a friend about tacos and arepas and said I would like to make my own. Well, the sweetie that she is bought me a three pound bag. I have looked around and found tortilla recipes, tamales, sopes, areas and empanadas. Any other things I can do with this large amount of masa?
Pati Jinich (whose website is Patis Mexican Table, tied to PBS Create TV) has a recipe for a stew that has small 'dumplings' in it made of masa with a bit of cinnamon. It's really good and the chochoyotes are really easy and peaceful to make.
