Amada - what to order

Going to Amada for the first time. Other than the suckling pig - what should I be ordering?

Also, as there will only be my wife and I - how many plates should we be ordering?

Any must haves on the menu? Wat about dessert suggestions?

Thanks in advance for any help

I love the garlic shrimp, short rib flat bread, and the cheese secection with lavender honey!

I recall a braised pork flatbread that I really enjoyed.

The grilled spring onions make the trip worthwhile alone. As close to a calcot as you will get in US.

Order the pernil asado. That will at least give you a close representation of the pig.

Some of my other favorites are the clams and chorizo, the grilled octopus, and the serrano ham salad.
