I'm not sure if the casings are natural, but the hot dogs from Hoven Farms at the Kingsland farmers market are wonderful, and have a nice "snappy" casing.

Check out Costco for European style frankfurters. They could be made by Freybe or Pillers.
Small European delis should have these brands, or their own, as well. Sometimes knockwurst and bratwurst have natural pork casings.

Note: these are pork frankfurters. If you have to have beef, like Nathan's, you may be out of luck. The kosher market for skin-on wieners is very small, and concentrated in New York, Florida and L.A.
