Trying to locate a Marcella Hazan Recipe

I am trying to locate the source of what I remember was a Marcella Hazan recipe for a type of pasta/soup dumpling. It was not kneaded. It was a soft eggy/flour mixture spread on an (I think) buttered sheetpan that had cornmeal on it.

I am not sure I believe this was baked and then cut up for soup.

I was certain it was in Italian Cooking, More Italian Cooking or Marcella's Kitchen AND I CANNOT FIND IT. Sound familiar to anyone?

      No. A soup dumpling. Not baked in that way.

    2. You may be thinking of a type of pasta g\rated into soup--pasta grattata in Tuscany or in Emilia-Romagna, pasatiello, breadcrumbs and parmigiano mixed into a paste and grated directtyl into brodo.
