Steak Frites / Traditional Dinner on first night

We arrive in Paris late afternoon on a Monday and were thinking somewhere fun, but not fancy for our first dinner since we could be tired. We are staying in the Marais and are considering Chez Denise or Le Severo for something hearty and more traditional. Any thoughts about which makes more sense? What about Bistro La Paul Bert? I'd love to try Robert et Louise but they seem to be closed on Mondays.

Don't go far if you're worried about being tired. How about Café des Musées? Or Benoit if you're at the other end of the Marais.
