How will you be celebrating?

Since I'm late to this 'formal celebration" I'll have to go with a Spinach and Artichoke Grilled Cheese immediately! http://www.tastespotting.com/features...

Happy cheese-grilling!

I knew that April 12 is Grilled Cheese DAY......month is news to me. You CAN have too much of a good thing. Is May then Metamucil and Lipitor Month?

Chowhounds will have to decide that for themselves, greyg! Between bites of creamed spinach, buttered baked goodies, the best hamburgers, pizza tips, crazy cocktails and french fries in duck fat we also enjoy discussing on the HC board! Ha!

      I'm going cheese shopping!

I'll be serving grilled cheese with bacon, grilled cheese with dill pickles, grilled cheese with a blend of several cheeses (with some of the melted cheese oozing from the sandwich browned on the grill) grilled cheese with fried egg, and grilled cheese with sauerkraut.

How delicious, tadao. What are your cheeses of choice for these lovely sandwiches?

With the bacon, Monterey Jack; with the Dill Pickles, grilled Provolone; with the sauerkraut, Swiss; with the egg, Mozzarella.

              Nice melty lineup!

I tried a mac and cheese cheddar melt grilled on tomato sourdough for lunch and it knocked me out! The crunch/melt thing was killer good.
