Saturday Brunch in Middletown/Wallingford/Cheshire CT area?

Hello all,
I'm looking for a nice place to go to brunch with a few of my girlfriends this Saturday. I live in New Haven, but they live in Cheshire/Middletown. Any good reccomendations on where to go?

If Hamden is an option, I'd recommend Le Petit Gourmet on Whitney Ave at Putnam - very small (4 tables), but they do a very nice brunch - crepes, omelets, pancakes, sandwiches, all fresh & nicely prepared. (No alcohol, though, & you have to get fancy coffees at the coffee bar at Books & Co. next door).
