Does anybody have a lunch restaurant recommendation between Potes (Picos de Europa) and Penafiel (Ribeiro de Duero)?

We will be driving for 4 hours to get from Potes to Penafiel (to enjoy a few days amongst the wineries of Ribeiro de Duero), and would much appreciate a nice lunch recommendation somewhere along the way. Looking for a local place with authentic food, can be either simple or elaborate, would just love to have a nice meal to break up the journey. Thank you in advance for any tips!
