best g-town, dupont dinner spot

Il Canale does a decent pizza. I've also had the burrata there which was good. They have lots more on the menu though.

Price points? Your tastes? Business dinner or family dinner or romantic dinner? Dupont and Georgetown both tend to be a bit overrun by chains or the mediocre, though we could help steer you to the gems if we had some idea what you're looking for.

med - to high price points. don't have a preference on taste - like it all. this is 6 friends out for night. like decent atmosphere, cocktails, etc. EG: source, bistro du coin, blue duck, tiramisu, medicino grill (when it was there) all sort of fit this request, but just looking for suggestions that migth be newer or not as well known. thx

Have you tried the new Rasika West End?

I haven't tried it yet but I would also recommend Rasika West End. Other places it consider are Urbana, Ris, and Il Canale.
