Gluten Free-Yeast free-Egg free Bread

I need some desperate help here, between my son and I we have some big restriction on what we can eat and can't. Does anyone know of a really good Bread recipe for a gluten free, egg free, dairy free, soy free, and yeast free bread? If you do please ley me know.
Thanks a million!
M

i actually got a mix for easter called simply elizabeth. gluten free and vegan. and it's a quick bread, i believe, so no yeast.

To start with, you'll need a gluten flour base. The best I've experienced is a standard created by Wendy Wark:

Next, you'll need a bread recipe without yeast. Something like this:

What you'll end up with will be something heavier than the commercial bread you may be familiar with.
You could, of course, simply make rice crackers and forget about bread entirely. It would be far less labor intensive.

Not a recipe, but these are some of the best breads I've found that might meet your requirements: http://www.samisbakery.com/. People seem to have mixed reviews over their stuff. If you are super sensitive, I might try something else.
