Does anyone have an amazing recipe for a beet and cabbage borscht (no meat)?
Thanks in advance.

I love this borscht, which I've always had at the restaurant rather than made myself: http://www.washingtonian.com/blogarti...

If you have a copy of Moosewood, there is a great one there.

than look no further. I have made that recipe 50 times at least and it is really good and freezes well.

Here's one made with veg. broth:

You can leave the sour cream out of this one if that's on your food avoidance list:

I believe this one is pure as it's published:

sour cream is totally fine. just wanted it without the beef.
