Deborah Madison cornbread

Hi. I am traveling right now, but would like to make Madison's cornbread from her big cookbook--I think it is called "vegetarian cooking for everyone." ( or is that bittman's book; I get them confused.)

Could someone pls confirm these ingredients...1 c flour, 1 c cornmeal, 2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp salt, 2 eggs, 1/4 c oil, 3 T honey, 1 c milk. Bake at 425.

I think it is on p646 of the book.
Thanks.

hi, it's preheat to 425. Put 2 tbs butter in 8 in square pan and put in oven while pre heating. Mix 1 up cornmeal, 1 cup flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tsp baking powder, In another bowl, mix 2 eggs, 1/4 cup oil, 2 - 4 tbs honey, and 1 c milk. Combine wet and dry ingredients and any excess butter from pan once it is hotl. Bake 25 minutes. Enjoy!
