Neither. Get the pig's trotter.
But seriously... I'm of two minds on the Black Label Burger.
Is it good? Yes. No one would argue that.
Is it worth the price? I don't think so. But I have the unfortunate tendency to do math when looking at menu prices, calcualting the costs of raw ingredients and labor and whatnot. I think it's quite overpriced for what it is. I did an analysis of the BLB on another thread that I won't go into here - http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/7073...
That said, if you ordered the regular burger you'd probably spend your meal wondering what it was you were missing out on... so, for a first-timer, maybe go with the BLB. You can decide for yourself if it's worth the price of admisson. Even at $26 it's less expensive than many of the other menu options.

re: kurtt
That's if you think fries are worth $9. Fries cost all of a quarter to make, even excellent ones.
And the regular burger is a bit overpriced as well (especially as it doesn't come with fries, which all nice restaurant burgers should automatically, IMHO) - comparing the two is purely relative.
But yes, if you were planning on getting one of the burgers, and you were going to add fries to the regular one... makes no sense, might as well go with the BLB.
