3 Days / 3 Nights -- Help Me Choose Dining Destinations!

I would appreciate any advice for brunch/lunch and dinner options for a 3 day, 3 night trip (Sunday - Wednesday, staying at the Aria) in late May. Going with my boyfriend and my parents, and excited to gamble often and eat well. My boyfriend and I are down to try pretty much anything, but my parents are not as adventurous. Price is not really an issue, but I can't do Joel Robuchon, Guy Savoy, etc.

I love Bouchon (for brunch) and Sage (for dinner), so those are definites.

My mom loves seafood so I want to throw a seafood restaurant in the mix. Was thinking Michael Mina's American Fish, but am totally open to any other suggestions. Anyone have a must seafood option? I would also like an Italian option for dinner (have only tried B&B in the Venetian and while the service was awesome, I was not impressed with the food).

Has anyone tried Nobhill Tavern in the MGM Grand or Fleur De Lys in Mandalay Bay?

Would love to hear any and all brunch/lunch and dinner suggestions for a 3 day lineup!

Thanks in advance for your help!

  1. If you want french Comme Ca was really good. The one restaurant I cannot recommend enough is Jaleo, Jaleo, Jaleo. I love it as you get to try lot's of different items (it's a tapas bar) and everything is delicious.
