Goya Rice mix: Microwave directions but I want to use my rice cooker

I picked up a box, a 3 pack, of Goya Yellow Rice Mix, at Costco and when I opened it the directions are for a microwave only! I want to cook all of it tonight using my large fuzzy logic rice cooker but am afraid of the proportions of rice to water. Anyone had any experience with micro waving rice? Does it require more or less water than stove top or rice cooker?????? Have to deliver this to a shelter tomorrow morning so there are no second chances.
