Coffee "jello" help, please

I was looking at threads on making "jello" with fruit and gelatin (not Jell-O) when a post of
coffee jello that a poster had eaten in her childhood caught my eye. I would like to give that a try because it doesn't need sugar and it sounds like fun.

The post was made in 2006 so I didn't reply to it; just hoping that someone will have made this and will give me directions.

I would serve it with whipped cream sweetened with artifical sweetener and maybe a liqueur.

Thanks so much for any help you can offer!

Coffee, unflavored gelatin, mix and chill. (*) I'd start with about 1 tsp. gelatin per cup of coffee but the texture depends on the ratio so use the amounts of coffee/gelatin that gives you the results you're looking for.

    * I realize that many unflavored gelatins suggest dissolving in cold water but I prefer the hot water method.
