You might want to check into Firefly Bistro for their Easter offereings. http://fireflymanasquan.com/ The food is a step above that served at The Mill and they are a BYOB. Admittedly, the space at The Mill is nicer/fancier.

Good for them, even if it's not so god for the OP. Maybe dinner is still available?
I think that Firefly has become my favorite spot for food in town. I have a lifetime of nostalgic love for Maria's and have had some good plates at Remington's, but the few meals I have had at Firefly have been the best I've eaten in a restaurant in this dopey, little boro in a long time.

A few weeks ago we went to The Mill in Spring Lake for their brunch and everyone just loved it. Their food was delicious and a great assortment - there was something for everyone. I just looked at their website and they will be having a brunch until 2 PM and then again for dinner starting at 4pm. It looks like they will also a Easter Dinner Four Course Prix Fixe Menu starting at 4:30 in another of their rooms.
