What is the "bellini" recipe you have? Going to be having a bbq and this will be easy for me to whip up instead of actually making a cocktail, i can make the syrup ahead of time Please post type of sparkling / champagne / proseco -- used [if we can get away with decent sparkling between 10-15 / bottle that would be great] and peaches fresh / frozen - ingredients for the syrup etc I saw on wiki that the peaches are marinated...i had never heard of that before - what would they be marinated in - it just said wine
i have an older bottle of carpano atica sweet vermouth...would the peaches marinated in this overnight be too "strong"
that would give it the "red" tint that instead of using strawberry or cherry in the mixture
