Refuge Kid Friendly?

I've wanting to trying the beer and pastrami at the Refuge for some time and it looks we'll be in the area on Saturday. Would it be reasonably kid-friendly (1 and 3) for lunch? Yelp says "no for kids", but can't always trust yelp. These are good pub kids, for what it is worth.

We've been to the Refuge a few times, and I've always seen toddlers in high chairs there. We've never taken our two little ones to the Refuge, but that's mostly because the Refuge was our date-night getaway place. We wouldn't hesitate to bring our kids there.
