Any Michelin 3-star restaurants open on Sundays?

Apologies in advance if this is a stupid question.

Ambroisie is the only one i know of that is open on Saturdays.

Meurice and Plaza Athenee are the two I know of that stay open on many national holidays.

Am I missing anything? Thanks.

Epicure at the Bristol Hotel is open Sundays, as well as Gagnaire mentioned above.

Pierre Gagnaire does Sunday nights, and was in the kitchen when we ate there on a Sunday.
