Ideas for Post-Baby Meal Delivery on Pesach

So my normal post baby meals delivery is either a wine chicken with potatoes, or meat balls and pasta, or lasagna for dairy.

Does anyone have additional suggestions for items I can drop off with a family that just had a baby during Chol HaMoed?

If they eat gebrokhts, then maybe a matzah lasagna would work.

Why wouldn't wine chicken with potatoes work on Pesach? With salad and/or a cooked vegetable.

If you'd like a dairy option, perhaps a frittata? It's pretty, and if you include a starch (eg a potato-onion-chard fritatta), it's basically a one-dish meal. A salad on the side goes well.
